| The project of DDS dedusting, desulfurization and denitrification for flue gas of No.3 Boiler in Thermal Power Plant of Baogang Group is EPC contracted by Beijing Boyuan Hengsheng High-Tech Co., Ltd. The construction and installation works are generally contracted by Fifth Metallurgical Group of China, which includes demolition of the original desulfurization device, civil engineering of the new project, fabrication and installation of non-standard tower equipment, fabrication and installation of steel structure, fabrication and installation of pipelines, equipment installation, electrical instrument installation and debugging, etc. |

| The main construction quantity of the project is concentrated in the tower construction. The civil engineering foundation of the tower is large, and the construction quality of the tower is directly related to the installation quality of the subsequent process pipeline. The tower body rolling, assembly, welding and hoisting work quantity is large, the installation height is high, and the high-altitude operation risk is large. Due to the limited floor area of the site, the design of desulfurization and denitrification tower devices are is changed into one tower with the maximum installation height of 65m from parallel-design. Therefore, the tower construction is the key point of the construction organization and management of the project. The Shanghai third branch company of Fifth Metallurgical Group of China, which is responsible for the performance of the project, strengthens the quality, safety and progress control of each construction process of the tower. In the construction of the desulfurization and denitrification tower, the ground single ring pair, two ring assembly, three ring pre assembly are adopted to be integrated to a high-altitude installation one-by-one. Because the accuracy is controlled on the ground, ensures the high-altitude accurate and rapid positioning, and improves the working efficiency. Li Degang, deputy general manager of Baogang Group, said in an interview with the shooting team of "Dreaming Blue Sky", that the Fifth Metallurgical Group of China is the most effective unit among our construction partners, and this project management team is also a team that can fight hard battles. |

| The construction of the project was started on April 16, 2016, and the single unit commissioning was started on October 10, and the system commissioning stage was started on October 20. It is expected that the project will be ready for operation in mid November. |

| It is reported that the DDS dedusting, desulfurization and denitrification integrated technology won the special gold award in Geneva International Invention Exhibition in June 2016. The process of DDS dedusting, desulfurization and denitrification technology for flue gas treatment are: first, dust removal, then desulfurization, and finally denitrification. The technology uses molecular imprinting theory to realize the physical capture of pollutants and biodegradation purification method to purify industrial flue gas. The total sulfur in the flue gas can be reduced to 1mg/m³ In addition, the sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in the flue gas are converted into pure SO2 and NO2 or nitrate as chemical products. The pollution control process will not produce new pollutants, and can realize the transformation of waste into treasure, so as to achieve high-efficiency purification, ultra-low emission and effective environmental protection. |

| The project of DDS dedusting, desulfurization and denitrification for flue gas of No.3 Boiler in Thermal Power Plant of Baogang Group undertaken by Fifth Metallurgical Group of China is another construction project of flue gas purification technology after the world's first industrial demonstration device project of low-temperature desulfurization and denitrification of coke oven flue gas in Zhanjiang iron and steel base of Baosteel Group and desulfurization and denitrification flue gas purification project of phase I coke oven in Baosteel Co., Ltd. After the project is put into operation, about 5000 tons of liquid sulfur dioxide and 3157 tons of sodium nitrate can be recovered annually, realizing the goal of zero emission and environmental protection. |
